Patricia Niekamp
Patricia A. Niekamp, 65, 3246 state Route 118, St. Henry, died at 5 a.m. Jan. 5, 2007, at her home.
She was born April 28, 1941, in Burkettsville, to William and Clara Kaiser Bruns. On Oct. 7, 1961, she married Roger R. Niekamp, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Scott, St. Henry, and a daughter, Lisa (Frank) Urwin, also of St. Henry; three brothers, Wilfred (Alvera) Bruns, Winter Haven, Fla., Owen (Betty) Bruns, Brookville, and Eugene (Eileen) Bruns, Burkettsville; a sister, Eileen (Stanley) Braun, Kettering; a sister-in-law, Agnes Bruns, Maria Stein; and four grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Barney and Stanley Bruns; and a sister, Loneta Hickey.
She worked at Uhlmans-Stage, Celina, and the Mr. Shoppe, Coldwater. She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and its Altar Rosary Sodality, a trustee of the Ohio Western Horse Association and an officer of the St. Marys Saddle Club.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Larry Wyen officiating. Burial is at St. Henry Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
