* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ted Cross
Ted L. "Tedders" Cross, 37, 06953 Ohio 219, Celina, died of natural causes at 10:55 p.m., Jan. 3, 2007, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.
He was born Nov. 2, 1969, in Dayton, to Larry and Ruth Johnston Cross, who both survive in Celina. On Nov. 16, 2001, he married Norma J. Stansberry, who survives.
Other survivors are a daughter, Sonya, Celina; two step-sons, Greg and Brandon Edwards, both of Celina; a step-daughter, Mataya Edwards, Celina; a brother, Todd (Maria), Hubert Heights; paternal grandmother, Betty Cross, St. Marys; and a granddaughter.
Deceased are a paternal grandfather, Albert Cross; and maternal grandparents Lyle and Ruby Johnston.
He was a tree-trimmer for Asplundh Corp., Dayton. He attended Wayne High School and Montgomery County JVS.
Services are noon Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki, officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
