* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gwendolyn Christman

Gwendolyn "Gwen" Christman, 66, 1016 E. Spring St., St. Marys, died at 10:40 a.m. Dec. 23, 2006, at Lima Memorial Hospital, following a sudden illness.

She was born Nov. 1, 1940, in Rockwood, Tenn., to Noah James and Helen Cagle Rogers, who are deceased. On July 8, 1961, she married C. Stuart Christman, who survives.

Also surviving are a son, James (Susan), St. Marys; a daughter, Judy (Chris) Falk, St. Marys; and four grandchildren.

She was employed at St. Marys City Schools as an assistant librarian. A 1959 graduate of Bath High School, Lima, she was a member of Guiding Mothers Ohio Child Conservation League and served as a past president for the United Way, both in St. Marys.

Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, Ohio 703 West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Mary Kay Brown officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.

Calling is 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Contributions can be made to the Cancer Association of Auglaize County.
