* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jane Schelich
Jane E. Schelich, 56, of Celina, died at 10:30 p.m. Dec. 21, 2006, at her home. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born March 3, 1950, in Bluffton, Ind., to William and Helen Glendening Sexton, who survive in Celina. On June 9, 1973, she married Robert D. Schelich, who also survives in Celina.
Other survivors are five daughters, Amy, Nina and Elena of Manhattan, N.Y., Jennifer, Columbus, and Andrea, Celina; four brothers, William (Kathleen) Sexton and John (Kristy) Sexton, all of Houston, Texas, Charles (Robin) Sexton, Irvine, Calif., and James (Laurain) Sexton, Walnut Creek, Calif.; and four sisters, Anne (Tom) Namey, Knoxville, Tenn., Fran (Rolf) Ozamiz, Winston Salem, N.C., Patricia (Joseph) Goodman, Wilmington, N.C., and Cindy (Ron) Swaney, Toledo.
She was a teacher at St. Henry, Fort Recovery and Celina schools; at Celina High School she taught adult basic education for 16 years and English. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, where she taught Sunday school and Bible school. She served on the Ohio Schools Are For Everyone (SAFE) board for 10 years and was a member, president, scholarship chairwoman and secretary of the Mercer County University Women's Club.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Robert Metheny officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
