* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Michael Bertke
Michael L. "Chicken" Bertke, 48, 7726 state Route 219, Celina, died Dec. 22, 2006, at his home. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born Dec. 10, 1958, in Coldwater, to Dennis A. and Ruth D. Huecker Bertke, who survive in Maria Stein.
Also surviving are eight brothers, Jerry (Janie), Coldwater, Ted (Dianna), John (Karen) and Dave, all of Celina, Kenneth (Kathy), Versailles, Nick (Lin), Troy, and Norman (Tiffany) and Scott (Annie), all of Columbus; and three sisters, Jan (Ron) Hertel, Celina, Betty (Brian) Rembacki, Coldwater, and Kay (Don) Homan, New Bremen.
He was employed at Bayview Marina and had worked at the former Huffy Bicycle Co. in Celina. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles 3025, Coldwater, Tri-County Vans, Snow Dreamers, Moose Lodge, Celina, and Wolf Racing Team.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, the Rev. Harry Cavanaugh officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater. The Eagles will conduct a service at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
