* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Edna Kahlig
Edna M. Kahlig, 78, 1067 Union City Road, Fort Recovery, died at 1:45 a.m. Nov. 15, 2006, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born March 28, 1928, in Maria Stein, to Leo and Clara Bills Heitkamp. On Sept. 12, 1950, she married Gregory Kahlig, who survives.
Also surviving are six sons, Marv (Jayne) and David (Ruth), all of Portland, Ind., Mike (Evelyn), Don (Linda), Mark and Luke (Lynn), all of Fort Recovery; four daughters, Karen (Nate) Wenning, Coldwater, and Mary (Jim) Wenning, Grace (Dan) Jutte and Lucie (Mark) Pohl, all of Fort Recovery; two brothers, Jerome (Mary Ann) Heitkamp, Versailles, and Othmar (Pat) Heitkamp, Minster; three sisters, Anna Marie (John) Dircksen, Minster, Luella (Melvin) Rindler, Celina, and Marietta (Audrey) Monnin, Botkins; a brother-in-law, George, Coldwater; a sister-in-law, Rosie Heitkamp, Coldwater; 45 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Edgar Heitkamp; two sisters, Dorina Rindler and Evelyn Kahlig; and a grandchild.
She was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church and its altar sodality, Fort Recovery.
Funeral Mass is noon Saturday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 10-11:30 a.m. Saturday at Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
