* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Adella Kaiser
Adella M. Kaiser, 81, 801 Cheshire St., Celina, died at 12:17 a.m. Oct. 28, 2006, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Feb. 18, 1925, in St. Henry, to Joseph and Catherine Kemper Borger. On April 10, 1945, she married Joseph Kaiser, who died June 29, 1978.
Survivors are a son, Karl (Patricia), St. Henry; three daughters, Karen (James) Holthaus, Fort Loramie, Katherine (Michael) Laux, Fort Recovery, and Konnie (Sam) Rutschilling, Celina; 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Delbert, Paul and Alva Borger; and a sister, Bernadette Laux.
She was the former postmaster of Burkettsville and a graduate of St. Henry High School. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and its volunteer sewers, and the National Association of Postmasters.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville, the Rev. Larry Wyen officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-9 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
