Mercer County Regional Planning Commission members are recommending updates to county rules to coincide with state sewage regulations that take effect Jan. 1.
A man enters a high school building wielding a high-powered rifle and takes surprised students hostage.
A frightened woman calls 911, reporting a man recently fired has a gun and vows to settle the score with his former supervisor.
