Ray Pruden, Rockford, presses layers of chopped apples wrapped in synthetic cloth with his family's over 100-year-old cider press on Sunday afternoon. The cider runs into a holding tank; from there it will go into jugs for sale at Niekamp's Farm and Flea Market.
