* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Lochtefeld Sr.
Robert "Butch" Lochtefeld Sr., 82, 108 Morton St., Celina, died at 3:20 a.m. Aug. 15, 2006, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Aug. 15, 1924, in St. Rose, to August and Floratine Garman Lochtefeld. He married Dorothy Pfeffenberger, who died Feb. 22, 1990. On Sept. 5, 1992, he married Dottie Benner, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Robert Jr. (Rose Ann), Celina; two daughters, Janis (Lannie) Tindall and Sharon (Burl) Poor, all of Celina; two stepsons, John (Ann) and David Benner, all of Lewisburg; three stepdaughters, Alicia (Doug) Newbauer, Snellville, Ga., Kathy Dafler, Brookville, and Debbie (Herb) Sodders, Prairieville; a brother, Leroy (Carol), Sidney; a sister, Martha (Fred) Kirk, The Villages, Fla.; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; 13 stepgrandchildren and 13 step great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother Cyril and two sisters, Edna Camp and Alfreda Decker.
He retired from the former Pet Milk Co., Coldwater. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Celina; Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 3025, Coldwater; Mercer County Sportsman; and Super Senior Center, Trotwood.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is in the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Contributions can be made to Mercer County Sportsman Club or to the church.
