PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT AND REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PRICING PROPOSAL FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES

The Board of Commissioners of Mercer County, Ohio in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 153.693 is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQ) and pricing proposals for design-build services for.

Firms interested in providing the services may obtain a copy of the Request for Qualifications and Pricing Proposals for Design-Build Services document detailing the procedures and conditions for submitting a statement of qualification and pricing proposal by contacting:

Please submit all questions in writing to Curt South with Garmann Miller at csouth@creategm.com with the project name included in the subject line (no phone calls please).  The deadline for questions is January 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. 

Sealed statements of qualifications and pricing proposals must be addressed and mailed to the Mercer County Board of Commissioners, at the address noted above with postmark no later than January 15, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Statements of qualifications and pricing proposals postmarked after this deadline will not be accepted or considered. Statements of qualifications and pricing proposals must be identified on the outside of the envelope by the following: "REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PRICING PROPOSAL FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES."

The Design-Builder will be selected using the best-value selection process. The Owner reserves the right to reject all proposals and cancel at any time for any reason this solicitation, any portion of this solicitation or any phase of the Project. The Owner reserves the right to waive minor variations in the selection process.
