To: Unknown Birth Father. You are hereby notified that on the 27th day of August, 2026, George Jorlang, filed in this Court a Petition for Adoption of L.G.J. a minor, whose date of birth is 04/23/2025, and for a change of the name of the minor to L.G.J. This Court, located at 101 N. Main Street, Room 307, Celina, OH 45822 for the Consent Hearing on petition for adoption on the 5 day of October, 2026, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. to determine whether consent of the parent is required.
It is alleged in the petition, pursuant to R.C. 3107.07, that the consent of Unknown Birth Father is not required due to the following:
• That person is a parent who has failed without justifiable cause to provide more than de mini mis contact with the minor for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption petition or the placement of the minor in the home of the petitioner.
• That person is a parent who has failed without justifiable cause to provide for the maintenance and support of the minor as required by law or judicial decree for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption petition or the placement of the minor in the home of the petitioner.
• State other grounds under R.C. 3107.07 (includes putative father of the minor born prior to January 1, 1997).
Birth Father Failed to register with both the Ohio & Nebraska putative father registries.

ALL LEGAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE MINOR AND YOU AND YOUR RELATIVES WILL TERMINATE, SO THAT THE MINOR IS A STRANGER TO YOU AND YOUR RELATIVES FOR ALL PURPOSES, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DIVISION (A)(1)(b) OF SECTION 3107.15 OF THE REVISED CODE.

The St. Henry Village Council has passed the following:
Ordinance 1181 - regulating the use of personal conveyance vehicles and e-bikes on the roadways, sidewalks and shared use paths within the corporation limits of the Village of St. Henry, Ohio.
Ordinance 1182 - authorizing the Village Administrator of the Village of St. Henry, Ohio, to enter into and execute a contract for services with Burgess & Niple, Inc. and make any disbursements necessary.
Resolution 2026-1 - declaring the necessity for the widening, reconstruction, and improvement of East Kremer-Hoying Road, including the installation of curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, and declaring the necessity for the construction of curbs, gutters, and sidewalks to be assessed to the owners of abutting property.

The Planning Commission of the City of Celina, will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026,in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The firstitem is a request from MRSI of Celina requesting a conditional use at 910 S. Sugar Street for an adult day care facility. Zoning is B-1.
The second item is a request from Cooper Hatchery Inc. requesting a site plan approval for 1800 Industrial Drive. They are wanting to build onto existing site. Zoning is M-2.
