Public Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of January, 2026, the County Treasurer of Mercer County, Ohio, filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mercer County, Ohio, at Celina, for foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, and interest against certain real property situated in such count, as described in that complaint.
