Douglas Ivo Everman, age 66 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Saturday, 24, 2026 at home with his family at his bedside.

He was born in Celina on May 3, 1960 to the late Ivo A. "Duke" Everman and Evelyn (Lange) Everman of St. Marys. On February 3, 1998 he married Janice Holl, who survives at their residence in Celina.

Douglas was also survived by his care-taker/granddaughter Emmelia Fast of Wapakoneta, two step-sons; Scott (Shawna) Fast of St. Marys, Bernie (Nyoka) Fast of Celina, ten grandchildren; Mason (Ada Meyer)Borger, Madison (Zachary Gunnel) Fast, Emmelia (Ethan Mason) Fast, Aerial Fast, Izaiah Fast, Nellie Fast, Spencer Fast, Henry Fast, Eden Fast, Ashley Foster, his siblings; Jeff (Kim) Everman of Celina, Jan (Robert) Kopkin of Baton Rouge, LA and Amy (Chuck Dodsworth) Everman of Kaneohe, HI and his Nieces and Nephews; Kyle (Rachel) Everman, Craig (Lyndsay) Everman, Tyler(Holly) Everman, Derek (Diane) Kopkin, Megan (Patrick) Hyland and Jacob (Ashley Tobias)Hopkin.

Doug graduated from Celina High School, with the Class of 1978 and then furthered his education at the Indiana Lincoln Tech University. After thirty-seven years of service, he retired from Crown in 2022.

He was a very talented individual and enjoyed remote controlled model airplanes, flying at the St. John's Lutheran Church and Bunge Park with the Celina Flying Sportsmen. He was a master carpenter and mechanic, wrenching on tractors and antique cars, power parachuting, taking aerial photos and performing air candy drops. He loved spending time with his family.

A Private Family Memorial Service will be held at a later date. The Everman Family has entrusted Doug's services to the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
