Minions marched, princesses twirled and spooky creatures took over the streets of Fort Recovery during the community's Halloween parade on Sunday afternoon. Led by the Fort Recovery High School Marching Band, the parade traveled from the high school down Butler Street to the Hein Amphitheater, where costumed participants competed for bragging rights in the spookiest, cutest and best movie character categories. From the Grinch and Scooby-Doo gang to zombie brides, aliens and a raggedy doll, there was no shortage of creativity. After the contest, the Halloween crew hit the streets for a little trick-or-treating fun!
