Bernice M. Fleck, 75, of Napoleon, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. She was born on July 22, 1951, to the late Joseph and Dolores (Schwieterman) Dwenger in Piqua, Ohio. On May 28, 1979, she married Mike Fleck in Athens, Ohio, and spent a loving 47 years together.

Bernie was a member of First Church of Christ in Napoleon for many years. She was always willing to lend a helping hand and could often be found assisting around the church. Bernie worked for a bank, Reynolds & Reynolds in Celina and helped as a bookkeeper at Mike's office for several years. Bernie especially cherished time spent with her family and found great joy in being an active and loving part of the lives of her nieces and nephews. Her kindness, generosity, and devotion to family will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Mike; son, Ryan Fleck; siblings, Marlene, Jim, Joe, Tom and Rick; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Sally and Betty.

Friends and family will be received at Rodenberger-Gray Funeral Home, Napoleon, on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 4-8pm and again on Friday from 10-11am.
