Ann L Morris, 69, of Saint Marys, died 11:21 P.M. Thursday, September 17, 2026, at her residence. She was born September 6, 1957, in Saint Marys, the daughter of C. Eugene and Martha (Berron) Sprague. She married Ed Morris on June 9, 1979, and he survives in Saint Marys.

She is also survived by her two sons: Brian (Lizann) Morris of Saint Marys; Eric (Danielle) Morris of Saint Marys. She is survived by her grandchildren: Calvin, Carson, Emma and Zac Morris; by her brother, Dave (Juli) Sprague of Saint Marys; by her sister, Jane (Sam) Schmiesing of Montezuma. She is survived by her mother-in-law, Sherry Morris of Wapakoneta.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by her siblings Dale Sprague and Carla Sprague.

Ann was a 1975 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial  High School and also a graduate of Ball State University. She retired from Sidney City Schools, where she had been a special education teacher for many years.
She enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.

Funeral rites will be held 6:00 P.M. Monday, September 21, 2026, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys.

Visitation will be held from 4-6 P.M. Monday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to Auglaize County Special Olympics.
