* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move through the region Saturday into Saturday night. Given the saturated ground, additional heavy rainfall may result in flash flooding.

Marjorie Heppeard
Marjorie Heppeard, 88, of Mendon, Ohio, died 2:45 A.M. Thursday, August 13, 2026, at Hospice of Miami County, Troy, Ohio. She was born October 28, 1937, in Saint Marys, the daughter of Joseph and Goldie (Shimp) Wurster. She first married Leonard Revolt and he preceded her in death. She married Don Heppeard on March 10, 1984 and he preceded her in death on November 1, 2019.
She is survived by her son, Shawn (Laura Lenhart) Revolt of Saint Marys; by her grandson Nathan (Amanda) Revolt of Saint Marys; by her step-sons Greg (Ann) Heppeard of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; Tod (Sharon) Heppeard of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; by her sister, Marilyn (Larry) Hecht of New Knoxville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; by her sons Eric Revolt; Tony Revolt and Scott Revolt; by her sisters Gwen Walters; Patricia Cook and Delores Bubp.
Marjorie was a 1955 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. She worked at Mersman Manufacturing in Celina from 1969-84. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Saint Marys, and she loved her family very much.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, Pastor Eric Anderson, officiant. Burial will follow at Mendon Cemetery.
Friends may call from noon until the time of services on Tuesday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County.
