Navy veteran Seth Stammen of Wendelin runs the American flag across southern Mercer County Tuesday morning. The flag traveled from California, reached Fort Recovery at dawn Tuesday, and is on its way to Washington, D.C., for the July 4th celebration. Stammen ran from rural Fort Recovery through the outskirts of St. Henry and finished up in St. Rose before handing the flag off. Follow @relayforamerica for details.
