* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Carol Frances Louck
Carol Frances (McFarland) Louck, 89, of Portland, IN, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2026, surrounded by love at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN.
Carol was born in Geneva, IN, on November 10, 1936, a daughter of the late Clarence Edward and Grace Louise (Mann) McFarland. She attended Pennville High School and was formerly employed by Armstrong Cork and MJS Mortuaries.
She was the loving wife of the late Larry Richard Louck who she happily married on May 14, 1965. Carol was a member of the Dunkirk American Legion Post 227 Ladies Auxiliary and enjoyed baking, playing solitaire, and spending time with family.
Carol is survived by one son, Bill Louck (Victoria), two daughters, Teresa Bowler (Tom), Joretta (Jerry) Post, St. Henry, daughter-in-law, Kathleen Skiver, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Grace McFarland, her husband Larry Louck, two sons, Rich Louck, Ed Bousman, one brother, Marvin McFarland, three sisters, Aleatha Miller, Janet Botts, and Roberta Stephen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 12:30-2:30 PM at MJS Mortuaries - Redkey Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 2:30 PM with Michael J. Shannon officiating. Burial will be held in Hillcrest Cemetery in Redkey, IN.
