Jackie Lee Copsey, 89, of St. Marys, OH died 9:20 a.m. Monday May 18, 2026 at his residence.

He was born December 7, 1936 in Auglaize Co., OH.

Survivors include widow Judith Ann (Taylor) Copsey of St. Marys, OH; son Daniel Copsey; son Douglas (Roberta) Copsey of Panama City, FL; daughter Kathleen Musser of Elida, OH; daughter Kelly Armitage of Morris, IL; step-daughter Deborah Crider of Van Wert, OH; step-daughter Tammi Ramsey-Warner of Kenton, OH; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister Mary Turner of Harrisonburg, VA; and brother-in-law Albert Harruff of Wapakoneta, OH.

Preceded in death by mother Bertha Copsey; sister Sally Harruff; sister Sharon Hogrefe; and step-son James Eldridge.

He was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1955). A union warehousing specialist, he was employed by Sot Lad Foods in Lima, OH for many years. Jack was a talented musician and vocalist, he played guitar (bass and rhythm) and sang for the enjoyment of many in his band known as "J.C & Co." His favorite pastimes included golfing and riding his Honda Goldwing motorcycle.
