* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Robert Everett Brannon, 60, St. Marys Township, Auglaize County, died Feb. 23, 2026, at his residence near Grand Lake.
A celebration of life is 6 p.m. Saturday at Beavercreek Baptist Church, Beavercreek.
