Judith Bernard
Judith Marie Bernard was born June 24, 1962 to the late Elmer and Mary (Harner) Bernard of St. Henry, and passed away December 25, 2025.
She graduated from St. Henry High, but lived most of her life in Ogden, Utah before moving to Rock Springs, Wyoming to be closer to her daughters.
The lights of her life, her daughters Katie M. (Cosgrove) Bates and Rachel L. (Cosgrove) Evans and her grandchildren Elyana Mendez, Elijah Trujillo, Shaylee Evans, Gage Evans, Dax Bates, and Kimberly Blossom survive and live in Rock Springs. Also surviving are her siblings, Jim (Cindy) Bernard, and JoAnn Bernard (Bruce Oatman) as well as a number of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Judy loved reading, camping in the mountains, swimming in her favorite lake, and all animals. Her quick wit and quirky sense of humor will be greatly missed.
Her son-in-law Raymond Evans preceded her in death as did her parents, brother John, her dogs Moose, Lucy, and Abby, and her cats Jack and Zarha.
Judy did not wish to have a funeral service, but wanted to be remembered when anyone visited her favorite places.
