* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Connie Strasburg
Connie Strasburg, age 78 of St. Marys and formerly of Celina, Ohio passed away on December 6, 2025 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
She was born on December 12, 1946 in Hanover, New Hampshire to the late Gilbert "Bud" and Jeannette (Roberts) Ice. On August 19, 1983 she married the love of her life, Dwight G. Strasburg, who died August 8, 2025.
She is survived by her four children: Jessica (Eric) Kramer of Celina, Staci Bond of Hebron, Ky, Jeremy (Tami) Rable of St. Marys, Brad (Kim) Rable of Houston, TX. She is also survived by eight grandchildren: Lydia Kramer, Nora Kramer, Natalie Bond, Quincy Rable, Cora Rable, Reese Rable, Elizabeth (D.C.) Arendas, Lauryn Rable, two great grandchildren, Emersyn and Evelyn Arendas, her brother Brian Murphy of St. Marys and her nephew Ian Murphy.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Connie was preceded in death by her son-in-law Robert Bond.
Connie graduated from St. Marys Memorial High School with the class of 1964.
She loved to spend time with her husband and children/grand/great grandchildren whenever possible. In earlier years Connie enjoyed volunteering at her local parish, rounds of golf at Northmoor Golf Course, and her monthly card club. She was a lover of animals, reading, art, crosswords and a good game of Bridge.
A Celebration of Connie's life will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, Ohio.
