Ann Brotherwood
Ann Marie Brotherwood, 66, of St. Marys, OH passed away 3:15 a.m. Friday November 21, 2025 at her residence.
She was born January 18, 1959 in Toledo, OH to Raymond J. and Evelyn A. (Fleck) Karbowiak. On September 18, 1976, at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys, OH she married Dean A. Brotherwood, who survives.
Also survived by daughter Deanna (Robert) Burden of St. Marys, OH; granddaughter Janessa (Rue) Wolfe; brother Raymond (Deborah) Karbowiak of Lima, OH; brother Mark Karbowiak of Wapakoneta, OH; brother Charles (Marcus) Karbowiak of Cridersville, OH; sister Carol Karbowiak of St. Marys, OH; and members of the extended Brotherwood family.
Preceded in death by parents Raymond and Evelyn Karbowiak; and sister Charlotte Helmlinger.
She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1977). A professional dog groomer, she had worked at R & B Kennels in Wapakoneta, OH and the Barker Shop in St. Marys. Ann will be fondly remembered as a loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. Animals of all types also held a special place in her heart.
Private family services will be held.
