* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Schoen
Robert Schoen, age 89, of Celina, passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at his home in Celina.
He was born on October 10, 1936 in Cassella to the late Andrew & Monica (Droesch) Schoen. On October 4, 1958 at St. Nicholas Church in Osgood, he married Roseann (Rutschilling) Schoen and she survives him in Celina.
He is also survived by children, Tim & Martha Schoen of Celina, Bill & Suzie Schoen of Montezuma, Anthony Schoen of Mendon, Holly & Eugene Barnes of Wyoming, Sam Schoen & Vikkie Mustad of Sunbury, Lawrence & April Schoen of Celina, and Amy & Jason Withers of Florida, 17 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, A sister, Mary Fleming of Maryland, and in-laws, Wilbert Rutschilling of St. Henry, Leroy & Doris Rutschilling of St. Henry, Bernadette Kemper of Osgood, and Connie Fullenkamp of Montezuma.
Bob was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Christian and Brandon Withers, siblings and in-laws, Joan & Archie Walker, Richard Fleming, Elmer & Doris Rutschilling, Norma Rutschilling, Jerry Kemper, Gilbert Rutschilling, Aloys Fullenkamp, Esther & Norbert Puthoff, and Norma & Roman Huelskamp.
Bob was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. He served the church as an usher, funeral procession parking helper and member of the men's Sodality. He was a farmer, millhand, worked at the sawmill, carpenter and he loved plowing snow and cutting grass for Franklin Township. Bob had a passion for his dairy cows, herding dogs and helping those in need.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, November 7, 2025 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Montezuma. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery.     
Friends may call from 4 PM to 7 PM on Thursday, November 6, and from 9 AM to 10 AM on Friday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
