* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Peggy Fowler
Peggy Lou Fowler, 88, of Saint Marys, died 7:45 P.M. Thursday, October 23, 2025, at St. Ritas Medical Center, Lima. She was born August 16, 1937, in Springfield, Ohio, the daughter of Raymond and Reva (Chaney) Marbaugh. She married Richard Fowler on October 22, 1955, in Celina, and he survives in Saint Marys. She and Rich were married for 70 years, and she died one day after their anniversary.
She is also survived by her children: Elaine (Doug) Cramer of Moulton; Steve (Connie) Fowler of Saint Marys; Mark (Rebecca) Fowler of Saint Marys; Scott Fowler of Saint Marys. She is survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; by a sister, Pam Felver Chilcoat of Saint Marys.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Reva Marbaugh; by her step-father, Basil Felver; by her son, Terry Fowler; by her step-siblings: Richard "Butch" Felver; Mary Margaret Gibson; Billy Felver; Bobby Joe Sanders; by her grandson, Jarrett Fowler.
Peggy was the co-owner and operator of Fowler's TV in Saint Marys, which she and Rich started in the early 1960's. She loved kids and nice jewelry. She was a great business partner and wife, and  she will be remembered in Saint Marys for her kindness and generosity.
Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to the Peggy and Rich Fowler Scholarship Fund.
