* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ruthalene Bricker
Ruthalene Bricker, age 83, passed away on Friday, October 3, 2025, at Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born May 20, 1942, in Celina, to Leonard N. Jr. and Irene H. (Overley) Jolly.
Ruthalene is survived by her son, Mike Godbold of Celina, sister, Neva (Tom) Ransbottom of Rockford, 3 grandchildren: Dustin Godbold, Casey Godbold and Cain Godbold, 2 great grandchildren, and a brother-in-law, Robert Bergman.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Wilma Bergman.
Ruthalene was a graduate of Celina High School, and had worked in the offices at the JCPenney Store and WCSM Radio Station in Celina.
Calling Hours will be held at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, on Wednesday, October 8, from 12:00 Noon to 1:30 PM, with the Funeral Service to begin at 1:30. Pastor Scott Rowe will officiate.
Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
