* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kasia Ann Eaglowski
Kasia Ann Eaglowski, age 41, of Minster, passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2025, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys at 3:00 a.m.
She was born on December 22, 1983, in Port Charlotte, Florida, to Gregory and Carla Dine-Eaglowski, who survive in Montezuma.
Kasia attended Auglaize County Special Education and St. Colletta in Jefferson, WI, as well as Franklin County Special Education. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys. Kasia resided at the Care Core at Heritage Center in Minster, and since 2011, she had been a proud participant at Auglaize Industries, where she enjoyed being part of the day program and was loved by the staff for her cheerful personality.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff of nurses and doctors of the Joint Township Memorial Hospital, the Grand Lake Hospice, the staff of the Heritage Center, and the Auglaize Industries Day program for the compassionate care they provided to Kasia. She will be fondly remembered by those at both places for her unforgettable, strong grasp and hugs, and the mutual love that was shared between her and the staff.
Kasia was known for her sweet spirit and her love of people. She cherished the joy of Disney classics and brought warmth and kindness to everyone she met. Her family and friends will remember her as a very social, friendly, and loving soul who brightened each day with her smile.
In addition to her parents, Kasia is survived by her extended family, friends, and the many individuals who were touched by her life and were so supportive of the family during her extended illness, during the final days of her life, and who were so important in Kasia's life.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, on Friday, September 26, 2025.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys, with Fr. Prashanth Bandanadham officiating. Visitation will also take place before the funeral Mass from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys, following the funeral mass.
Memorial contributions can be made to Rustic Hope in Russia and/or The Activity Fund at Heritage Center.
