* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Angela Sneddon
Angela R. "Angie" Sneddon, age 61, of Celina, Ohio, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 2:40 a.m.
She was born June 28, 1964, in Celina to Larry Brown and Mary Lou (Shinn) Walter, and was lovingly raised by her stepfather, James Walter.
Angie was a 1982 graduate of Celina Senior High School and later earned her nursing degree from Rhodes State College. She worked as a registered nurse at Parkview in Fort Wayne, Indiana, retiring in 2019 after a dedicated career of caring for others.
For the past 32 years, Angie shared her life with her soulmate, Chuck Stammen. She is also survived by her mother, Mary Lou Walter of Celina; and her daughter, Haley (Karl) Stadtmiller of Auburn, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Brown; stepfather, James Walter; infant brother, Mark Brown; maternal grandparents, Vernon (Alice) Shinn; paternal grandparents, Bill (Gladys) Brown; and Russell (Rita) Walter.
Angie's interests and passions included traveling, fitness, shopping, and lending a helping hand to anyone in need. She embraced her friends and family wholeheartedly and never lost sight of what was truly important in life. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A funeral liturgy will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, with Deacon Jerry Buschur officiating.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
