* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jeanne Kwapniewski
Jeanne M. Kwapniewski, 61, of Las Vegas, NV passed away peacefully at home on August 5th.
She was born on August 20th, 1963 in Chicago, IL to Hilbert and Patricia Homan.
She married John Kwapniewski on July 5th, 1991, who survives.
Her mother survives in Celina, OH.
Also surviving are her siblings and their loved ones: Brenda (Ken) Lefeld of Coldwater, OH; Deb (Doug) Grieshop of Celina, OH; Susan (Dave) West, of Kirkland, IL; Cindy (Dale) Herring of Mesquite, NV; Brad (Janice) Homan of Wapakoneta, OH; Tony (Tina) Homan of Seattle, WA; Michelle Homan (Jameson Rickert) of Sidney, OH.
Surviving are her in-laws : Chris (Harry) Peters & Janet Kwapniewski, both of McHenry, IL.
Also surviving are many beloved nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death is her father Hilbert Homan, parents-in-law Richard and Lillian Kwapniewski, brother-in- law George Kwapniewski and sister-in-law Barbara Larucci.
She graduated from Coldwater High School in 1981.
She was a lifelong employee in the food industry and spent the last 20 years as a restaurant manager in Las Vegas.
She had a heart of gold and especially loved her adopted dog Jax.
A private service will be held for immediate family only.
