173rd Mercer Co. Fair kicks off today
CELINA - The 173rd Mercer County Fair kicks off today, setting in motion a whirlwind celebration of the area's proud agricultural heritage with top-notch entertainment and performances, animals aplenty and over 35 food vendors serving up an array of fair-food staples.
A couple of Neil Armstrong's jet engines from the Armstrong Air and Space Museum were given second lives recently through collaborations with Tri-Star Career Compact and the Neil Armstrong Airport, a museum news release reports.
