As of Friday morning, crews had demolished the partially collapsed, condemned building at 305. E. Spring St. in St. Marys into a pile of building materials and random household items. Christopher R. Brown, 41, died and another unidentified man was injured when the southwest corner of the two-story building fell on Thursday morning. Auglaize County CERT is collecting funds and clothing for two tenants from the building who were displaced.
