* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Elanie Robbins
Elanie Kay Robbins, age 72, of Celina, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 7, 2025, at Celina Manor.
She was born on October 11, 1952, in Coldwater to Lloyd and Delores (Stammen) Robbins.
Elanie is survived by her loving mother, Delores Robbins of Celina; her brother, David (Kim) Robbins of Celina; two nieces; one nephew; four great-nieces; and two great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Robbins.
A 1971 graduate of Immaculate Conception High School in Celina, Elanie went on to earn her nursing degree from Wright State University in Dayton in 1992. She also completed nursing studies at Columbus Technical Institute. Dedicated to caring for others, Elanie worked for 15 years as a registered nurse at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, where she touched many lives with her compassion and skill.
She was a lifelong member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, where her faith was an important part of her life.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 11, 2025, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with Fr. Adam Berning officiating.
Visitation will take place prior to the Mass from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina. Interment will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the Immaculate Conception Endowment Fund.
