County commits to reshuffle agencies at Central Services

WAPAKONETA - A 35-year-old St. Marys man was found guilty of rape and gross sexual imposition on Thursday in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court.
Juan A. Rangel was found guilty of one count of rape, a first-degree felony; and three counts of gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony.
