* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Thomas Wiss
Thomas F. Wiss, 81, of St. Marys, OH died 9:17 a.m. Friday April 25, 2025 at Grande Lake Healthcare Center in St. Marys.
He was born December 13, 1943 in Celina, OH to Leo and Leona (Bergman) Wiss.
On May 18, 1970, he married Brenda Davis, who preceded him in death November 12, 2003.
Survivors include: son Rob (Elisha) Wiss and their children: Krista, Max and Henry Wiss of Spencerville, OH; step-son Jerry Mullins; step-daughter Teri Davis; step-grandchildren; sister Marilyn Kuenning of New Bremen, OH; sister-in-law Rosemary Wiss of Minster, OH.
Preceded in death by: Parents Leo and Leona Wiss; brother George Wiss; brother-in-law Tim Kuenning.
He was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1962) and attended The Ohio State University.
A proud American, he served our country in Vietnam as a jet engine mechanic for the United States Air Force.
He retired from the Minster Machine Co., where he worked in assembly for many years.
Tom played in several local bands, including "Three's Company" and "The Caravelles". An accomplished musician, he taught guitar and banjo lessons to many students in the area.
Graveside funeral services are scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 29, 2025 at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys. Military Funeral Honors will be provided by members of theĀ  veterans' squad from Spencerville, OH.
