* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Louise White

Louise Jane White, age 92 of Celina, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 21, 2025 at home in Celina.

She was born on August 11, 1932 to the late George D. and Blanche (Patten) Cox in Hawkins County, Tennessee. On October 13, 1951, she married Thomas Albert "Tom" White, who passed away on February 24, 2017.

She is survived by her son George R. (Pat) White of Celina, one great grandchild Jake Kester of Celina and three great-great grandchildren, Jaxsen Bradford, Brynna Bradford, Audrey Kester.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her daughter Denise White, grandchild Jenny A. Kester, brother Norman Cox and sister Shelby Newman.

Louise graduated from Trotwood High School with the class of 1950. She retired from General Motors and was a member of the Abounding Grace Missionary Church. She enjoyed collecting babydolls and making jewelry. Louise especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and their interest and visiting with friends and family.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home, with Pastor Randy Christian officiating. Burial will follow in the Mercer Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Friends and family may call an hour before services on Saturday at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home.
