Blamed for 16 deaths, flooding through South and Midwest
CELINA - Parts of Celina were plunged into darkness for about an hour late Friday night when the power went out during a storm that dumped another round of heavy rain on already heavily saturated ground.
MINSTER - Community members and local officials celebrated the completion of a $2.55 million expansion and renovation of Minster Police Department's facilities at 126 W. Fourth St. in Minster Saturday afternoon.
