* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Juanita Fandango and Dusty Splinters, played by Helena Roessner and Leo Faller, strike a finishing pose after performing "El Fandango" in Fort Recovery Elementary and Middle School's dress rehearsal for "Wagon Wheels West" on Thursday evening. Performances are at 7 p.m. tonight and at 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Royal Auditeria in the Fort Recovery Elementary/ Middle School. Tickets, available at the door, are $8 for adults, $6 for students and free for children under 5.
