* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Doris Line
Doris Ann Line, of Van Wert, formerly of Rockford, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2024, at Van Wert Manor at the age of 91.     
She was born on August 31, 1933, in Rockford, to the late Alva & Opal (Fleming) Brown, where she spent her early years growing up on a farm.
Doris was a proud graduate of Rockford High School in 1951. On June 24, 1956, She married Roy Line, who preceded her in death. Doris was an avid gardener and found joy in tending to her flowers and yard.
Doris leaves behind her two sons:, Doyle (Lisa) Line and Dennis (Melinda) Line, both of Van Wert; grandchildren: Tia (Austin) Young, Alexis Line, Bradley (Richah) Line, and Cailyn Line as well as her great grandchildren: Bailey, Clay and Adrianna.
Visitation will take place at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, 111 West First Street, Rockford, on Monday, December 30, 2024, from 11am to 2 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM with Pastor Randy Christian presiding. Doris will be laid to rest privately next to her husband, Roy, in Riverside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or to Gideons International.
