* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Barbara Williams
Barbara Lou "Barb" Williams, 93, of Rockford, Ohio passed away November 29, 2024 at Mercer Health in Coldwater.
She was born June 27, 1931 in Celina, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Glen Parker Adams and Caroline (Allmandinger) Adams. On April 29, 1950 Barb married William P. "Bill" Williams, who preceded her in death on March 9, 2019.
Barb lived her entire life in the area. She owned and operated "Upholstery by Barb". Barb was proud of her skills, even trying to do upholstery repairs at Divine of Shane Hill, where she had been living. One of her favorite things to do was go on weekly trips to Captain D's and to get her hair done. She also very much looked forward to visits from her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving are three daughters, Carolyn Warnock of Ft. Wayne, Connie (Greg) Stoner of Cridersville, OH, and Millicent (Sean) Ireland of Rockford; one son, Adam (Lisa) Williams of Mendon; daughter-in-law Debra Williams of Celina; two brothers, Edward Adams of Marysville, OH, and Ray (Becky) Adams of Tempe, Arizona; eleven grandchildren, Aaron, Kristen, Scott, Matthew, Joseph, Jacob, Heather, Herminie, Tori, Arwen, and Obadiah; twenty-two great grandchildren, A. J., Ellie, Reece, Alexander, Kameryn, Aiden, Gavin, Sophia, Dilon, Rylee, Montana, Kaitlyn, Tommy, Logan, Ava, Zane, William, Marilyn, Evan, Gerrit, Aurora, and Olive; and two great great grandchildren, Reed and Rye.
In addition to her parents and husband, Barb was preceded in death by her son, Michael Williams, her granddaughter, April Christie Vann, two sons-in-law, Donald Warnock and Michael Altenbach, her sister Madonna Lukac, and her brother, William Adams.
Funeral services to honor Barb's memory will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at Ketcham Ripley Funeral Home, 111 W. First Street, Rockford, OH 45882. Pastor Bill Halter will officiate. Burial will follow at Tomlinson Cemetery in Mendon.
The family will receive friends prior to the funeral service, from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at the funeral home.
