* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wayne Van Tilburg
Wayne L. Van Tilburg, age 82, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on October 15, 2024, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
Born on December 28, 1941, in Mercer County, he was the cherished son of the late Gerald and Esther (Brigner) Van Tilburg. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 63 years, Marsha D. (Ellis) Van Tilburg, who resides in Celina.
Wayne is also survived by his loving children, Kevin (Sue) Van Tilburg of Celina and Michelle (Michael) Alianiello of Somerset, Pennsylvania; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and his brother, David Van Tilburg, of Celina.
He was preceded in death by a beloved granddaughter.
In accordance with his wishes, private graveside services will be held for the family at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
