Halloween Decorations

Monsters, ghouls and ghosts are popping up all over Celina, including on a stretch of East Livingston Street where homeowners have decorated their properties with an inflatable Frankenstein's monster, Jack-o'-lanterns and other spooky characters. Meanwhile, in the downtown area, merchants are competing in a scarecrow contest.
