* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Judy Springer
Judy Ann Springer, age 78 of Celina, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at the Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
She was born on November 12, 1945 to the late Elmer and Bernice (Buck) Germann in Celina. On August 18, 1967, she married Clark R. Springer who survives in Celina.
She is also survived by her children Jason (Ericca) Springer of Celina, Joshua Springer (Jane Olding) of Ft. Recovery, three grandchildren Autumn Klosterman of Celina, Caitlin (Westley) Roby of Lima, Jessie Springer of Ft. Recovery, and sister Connie (George) Weinman of Minneapolis, MN.
Judy graduated from Celina High School with the class of 1964 and then graduated from Ft. Wayne School of Nursing in 1967 and retired from Van Wert Hospital as a nurse. She enjoyed camping and reading.
In accordance to Judy's wishes, she will be cremated with no public services.
