* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

LouAnn Hough
LouAnn Hough, age 77, of Celina, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
She was born November 30, 1946 in Fonde, Kentucky to the late Herbert and Julia (Head) Reed.
She is survived by her children, Julie Bowers, West Newton, Pennsylvania, Teresa (Luciano) Cherin, Vero Beach, Florida, Mary Jacobs, Celina, Loma (Danny) Moser, Ocala, Florida, James Evans, Celina and Jason (Heather) Evans, Litchfield Park, Arizona; a sister, Patricia Mack, Celina; 23 grandchildren; and 26 great grandchildren.
LouAnn is also preceded in death by her first husband, Warner Evans; her second husband, Thomas Randall Hough; two sons, John Evans and Carl "Joe" Evans; a daughter, Barbara "Barb" Ann (Evans) Pfeiffer; and a sister, Lynda Pissos.
She graduated from Rhodes College in Lima where she received her associate's degree in nursing. She retired as a Registered Nurse after many years of service including home health hospice care in the Appalachian region of Kentucky.
She was a member of United Church of God in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and loved her church family in Ocala, Florida and Dayton, Ohio as well. LouAnn's faith was her guiding force, which she leaned on throughout her life and her brief battle with brain cancer.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 4:00 pm, at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Kevin Call officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, before the services at the funeral home. A dinner reception will follow at the Mercer County Fairgrounds PBS building from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm.
Graveside services will take place on Thursday morning at 10:00 am, at Neptune Cemetery in Neptune, Ohio.
