Mark W. Smith, 65, Warsaw, Indiana, died Sept. 5, 2024, at Stillwater Hospice Home in Fort Wayne, Indiana, after suffering a debilitating stroke.
A memorial service is 4 p.m. Friday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
