* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Maria Altherr
Maria Gloria "Lottie" Altherr, age 88 of Memphis, TN and formerly of Celina passed away on July 24, 2024 at a care facility in Memphis, TN. She was born the daughter of Alfredo and Mary (Nardi) Turicchi, in Barga, Italy on June 25, 1936. On May 12, 1956 she married her first husband, Leo Ripberger, after his passing in 1980, she married Michael Altherr, who died April 26, 1995.
Lottie is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law Gary (Pam) Ripberger of Lakeland, TN and Mike (Tina) Ripberger of Los Lunas, NM, six grandchildren: Jacob Ripberger, Brandon Ripberger, Matthew Ripberger of Lakeland, TN, Jessica (Mike) Pryor of Augusta, GA, Esteban (Jennifer) Torres of Houston, TX, Phillip (Staci) Torres of Albuquerque, NM. Five great grandchildren: Diego Pryor, Marco Pryor of Augusta, GA, Joshua Torres of Houston, TX, Nadia Torres, Dorian Torres of Albuquerque, NM.
Along with her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by her daughter Laura Ripberger and her sister Anna Heirholzer.
A Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at the Immacualte Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with Fr. Prashanth Bandanadham officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
