* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carl Pugh
Carl Leroy "C J" Pugh Jr., age 51 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at his residence in Celina. He was born the son of Carl Leroy and Pamela (Seals) Pugh Sr. on Oct. 4, 1972 in St. Marys, Ohio.
He is also survived by his three children; Dethora Hasenjager and Eric Munson of White House, Demetra Hasenjager and James Rapp of Warren, Deidra Hasenjager of Celina, two grandchildren Persephone Rapp and Clint Munson, his sister Carla Pugh of Celina, two nieces Ora Lafayette and Sunny Lafayette and two cousins, who were like brother to C J, Garry "Goose" Seals and Larry "Shorty" Seals. Friends for life; Brady and Travis Dickerson, Nate Partin and Scott Gibson. C J also leaves behind his companion dog Evelyn, and the mother of his children Emma Hasenjager of Celina.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents J.O. and Opal Pugh and Delford and Opal Evans.
C J had been a friend to so many people and helped change the lives of his friends. He will be remembered as a mentor to his friends with his heart of kindness and acceptance of their life style. He graduated from Celina High School with the Class of 1991. C J was self employed in construction work in the Celina area.
Private family services will be held at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
