* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Clarence Willier
Clarence Alden Willier Jr., his friends called him "Beans", 86, passed away at Divine Nursing and Rehab at Shane Hill on Sunday, April 28, 2024.
Born May 24, 1937 in Willard, Ohio, Clarence was the son of Clarence Sr. and Helen (Colyer) Willier.
He retired from Pioneer Rubber Company in Willard, and was a member of Willard Volunteer Fire Department. Clarence attended St. Francis Catholic Church in Willard. As a young child, his dad worked on the railroad in Willard, so Clarence had a great interest in trains. He spent much time on his pencil drawings. But most of all, he dearly loved his grandchildren.
Surviving are his children, Jeffery Willier, James Willier and John Hire; his grandchildren, Kayla (Greg) Vogan and Ashley (Mike) Todd; eleven great-grandchildren; and many cherished family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Malinda Willier; the mother of his children, Barbara Willier; his sisters, Eulawane (John) Willier Adair and Betty Lou (Kenneth) Seibert; his brothers, Elbert Lee Willier, Lawrence A. Willier; 2 infant brothers, John Milton Willier and Tommy Willier; and one great-grandson.
Private burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery in Willard, Ohio.
