* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dawn Wilt
Dawn Faye Wilt, 79, formerly of Celina, Ohio, passed away Friday, February 16, 2024, at her daughter's residence.
She was born on March 9, 1944, in Dayton, Ohio to Elmer Raines and Irma (Rung) Wilt and was later adopted by Everett Wilt Sr.
Dawn was a past member of the Celina American Legion Post #210 Auxiliary. She was disabled at a young age due to a work injury. Dawn was an avid jewelry creator, and loved crafts of any kind. She loved birds and horses.
Survivors include her daughter, Penny (David) Seitz of Decatur, Indiana; sister, Janice Bretti of Florida; sister-in-law, Doris Wilt of Florida; five grandchildren, Kristen (Logan) Penrod, Sarah (Zach Kneer) Seitz, Shari Conley, Nichole (Mark) Mayhugh, and Bryan (Nichole) Poppe; and eight great-grandkids, Jersey Jones, Zander Jones, London Jones, Brea Conley, Lilliana Seitz, Lyla Penrod, Addalynn Penrod, and Bennett Poppe.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by four brothers, Everett Wilt Jr., Richard Wilt, Ross Raines, and Daun Raines; and two sisters, Linda Bair and Judi Springer.
Per Dawn's wishes there will be no service or visitation. The family will have a private gathering in her honor.
